- 19.06.2008 Merger of AEGON and Skarbiec–Emerytura
On 9th May Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the merger between AEGON PTE SA and PTE Skarbiec–Emerytura SA. In reference to, Pekao FS started the new project connected with merger of above pension funds (OFE).
Pursuant to planned schedule liquidation will start on 30th June 2008. The Project will be accomplished in October 2008 by transfer of the assets from OFE Skarbiec- Emerytura to AEGON OFE.
