We have drawn on the extensive knowledge and experience we have gained in managing investment and pension funds in the Polish market to work out, in cooperation with Legg Mason IFC, a system for servicing the SOEIF, the Polish State Railways' Employee Equity Fund.

As the Fund's manager, we keep personal accounts (records) for the Fund's members and perform the following duties:

• accept and process orders for repurchase of investment units;
• update data in the records of the Fund's members;
• send correspondence; and
• archive documentation.

At call center, we receive calls from the Fund's members. In addition, we provide an IVR service, which is available round the clock, seven days a week.

One of our additional services is the completion of all formalities relating to the inheritance of the Fund's investment units.
