• opening and maintenance of records for investment and pension fund members, as well as processing of inquiries regarding transactions and current account balances,
• clearing of transactions, as well as calculation and reporting of asset account balances – this relates to the processing of all financial and non-financial orders that may be placed with a fund,
• monitoring of the correctness of transactions as part of the quality monitoring and raising system operated by Pekao FS,
• processing and verification of correctness and completeness in line with operational procedures,

  • distribution of information materials,
• both electronic and physical archiving of documentation relating to the management of fund accounts,
• exchange of information between a transfer agent and the Financial Supervision Authority, KDPW, and the Social Insurance Institution,
• reporting to organisations that have appointed Pekao FS their transfer agent,
• acceptance of phone and fax orders,
• calculation of commission fees for sales agents.
