Andrzej Szeworski

He has been working for Pekao FS since June 2006, and directly oversees the Customer Services and Corporate Section.
Being connected with the Polish capital market since 1991, he has had plenty of opportunity to gain versatile experience. Before his appointment to the President of Management Board of Pekao FS, he worked for Pioneer PPTFI SA for eight years, and then for Pioneer Pekao TFI S.A., where, as a Deputy Chairman and COO, he was responsible for operations. Alongside, he performed from time to time some functions with other Pioneer companies in Poland.
In 1995-1998, he co-founded on behalf of PKO BP, and subsequently was appointed Deputy Chairman of PKO/Credit Suisse Towarzystwa Funduszy Powierniczych S.A., where he was responsible for sales and marketing, including the creation of bank fund distribution network.
In 1991–1995, he was engaged to co-found Polski Dom Maklerski S.A. (currently Fortis Private Investments Polska S.A.), and was appointed its Deputy Chairman, responsible for the Primary Market and Market Research Sections.
In the 1980s and in early 1990s, he worked for several research organisations, including the University of Warsaw, and as part of a research programme at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom. He has a PhD degree in economic sciences from the University of Warsaw, where he studied shortly physics, and then economics.
Waldemar Kasinow,
Vice President of Management Board
He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology Faculty of Precision Mechanical Engineering. He has been connected with the mutual fund industry since 1993, where he started working as a computer engineer for Financial Services Ltd, a company which operated as a transfer agent for Pioneer PPTFI SA funds.
In 1994 – 1997, he was responsible for the development of IT systems and for launching, as regards computer support, of the Eurofunds service managed by Pekao/Alliance Towarzystwo Funduszy Powierniczych SA. For one year he worked for Korona Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., where he was head of the IT Department.
In 1998 – 2001, he was responsible at Pioneer FS for the launching and operational maintenance of Pioneer Open Pension Fund. As the Vice President of Management Board, he has since 1999 managed the whole of the company’s operations, being also responsible for the delegation of the servicing to Pekao FS in 2001.
Since 2001, he has been the Vice President of Management Board of Pekao Financial Services Sp. z o.o. He is responsible for the Finance, Administration and Information Technology Section.
