Since 2000 in the ERP market, we have been an agent for one of the first ERPs managed by Nowy Świat ERT (formerly Pracownicze Towarzystwo Emerytalne CDM Pekao S.A.). In November 2000, this scheme was converted into the Intercompany Retirement Plan (IRP) with thirteen employers as participants.

The principal activity of Nowy Świat Employee Pension Fund is to collect and invest funds which will be paid to fund members once they become entitled under applicable laws.

Another ERP we service is Telekomunikacja Polska Employee Pension Fund managed by Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. Employee Retirement Trust. This client has been using our services since 2001.

We are prepared to handle every form of employee pension programs. These are:

• agreement with investment fund,
• blanket life insurance with insurance capital fund,
• employee pension fund,
• foreign management fund.

As part of ESF servicing, we open and manage fund member accounts, process orders received from fund members, run a call center, execute and monitor financial transactions, and handle any complaints. We also distribute all correspondence bound for fund members.
