Our Services
As part of the service of foreign investment funds, we offer transfer sub-agent service – an intermediary between distributors and the transfer agent of a fund in the county where it is domiciled.
A framework for the distribution of funds in Poland is laid down in the Investment Funds Act (2004 Journal of Laws No. 146, item 1546, as amended).
The following entities are involved in the distribution of foreign funds:
- paying agent;
- representative of a foreign fund in Poland;
- distributor of investment units; and
- transfer sub-agent, which is not required under existing laws, but can facilitate the distribution of investment units.
