Information Security Policy
We take care of the security of processed data through the use of multi-level technical and organizational solutions. Implementation of the Information Security Policy is supervised by a team of specialists, including the Information Security Administrator and the Data Protection Officer. In addition, control over compliance with internal operating procedures and the assumptions of the Policy is exercised by the Audit Office.
Disaster Recovery Site
We guarantee continuity of customer service in accordance with the implemented Business Continuity Plan. In case of inability to provide services at the main location, we provide our own Disaster Recovery Site acting as a second data processing center and offering workstations. In addition, the remote work mechanisms in place on an ongoing basis allow us to disperse personnel outside the offices.
ISO/IEC 27001:2017
The Information Security Management System in the organization Pekao Financial Services Sp. z o.o. 21 Postępu St., 02-676 Warsaw, meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2017 ISMS for certification: Transfer Agent activities in the provision of services to: investment fund companies, pension fund companies, insurance companies. The confirmation certificate was published on 14.12.2023 by the Quality Certification Center of the Military University of Technology and is valid from December 14, 2023 to October 31, 2025.
