What is a Transfer Agent (TA)?
When you insure yourself, save or invest in funds - your account is run by a TA.
A letter notifying you of the value of the account, a helpline that will inform you about the amount of the account balance, an online application that allows placing an order - everything happens through the transfer agent. The TA is the back office for the operations of financial market companies: pension fund companies, investment fund companies and Insurers – it is the Transfer Agent thorugh which large financial institutionss service their clients.
We are just such a Transfer Agent. Our company is:
- systems with bills worth over PLN 90 billion and people who maintain and develop these systems,
- transactions and orders of few millions customers and people who support these processes,
- projects that change the Polish financial market and the people who create them.

Why should it be you?
We currently employ about 300 people and serve over a dozen financial institutions. We run large and minor projects. We pride ourselves on low staff turnover and long seniority of employees: together we care for a positive atmosphere at work, share knowledge and provide assistance, we value friendliness and mutual trust.
We maintain our own infrastructure, develop our own systems, provide operational support for transactions, phone and correspondence information and administrative services.
